Looking for current stucco pricing on large job

I'm putting together a bid for a 4,500 sq ft exterior stucco project, which involves applying three coats (scratch, brown, and smooth finish) over foam panels, along with lath installation. I typically charge by the hour, but for this job, I need to figure out a price per square foot.

If you've worked on similar projects recently, what's a reasonable all-in price per square foot these days? I want to make sure I'm pricing it right, without going too high or too low.

I would do the math for the materials and add enohg margin so that by the end of the day the math comes up the same or close to what you'd get if you were doing this by the hour. You can start with a 30% margin and see if you like the numbers.
