Reclaimed brick problem

I bought a pallet of old street pavers to use for a walkway and half of them were different sizes. You have to spend so much time sorting through the stack just to find a few that match up for a herringbone pattern. The look is great but the prep work is a massive chore compared to new modular bricks. Do you charge extra for labor when a client wants to use salvaged materials?

Clients love the look but forget you’re also paying in sweat equity sorting every piece.
