Modular brick and block panels are growing in commercial builds to save labor and speed up installs. This is a major time saver for projects especially if you want to fill your calendar. It cuts time on site and offers consistent quality. As a business owner, you don't have to worry whether the same thing is done. But there's less flexibility in design changes and not every project fits a prefab system.

So I think it's good to have it but not for the entire project. You have to have a mix of custom and prefabricated panels.
 
As someone who has a team doing the work, I love that this is becoming accessible and cheaper. Makes the work faster so we can move on to another project.
 
@Alan You are right about the sleek and uniform look. But if the foundation is even a littleoff, those panels can end up misaligned and fixing that isn’t cheap.
