this house is a mess. Massive efflorescence everywhere on the masonry, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I did a bunch of landscape construction work, but the general contractor handled all this other stuff. He's an older guy with a good rep, but he used his own subs for everything.
Idk if I should rat him out to the client, but being honest means basically trashing his work. So, do I hit them with everything, or just try the simple fixes first, like the caps (which are probably the main problem)
Well, at least fixing other people's screw ups pays well and there's always plenty of it.
