I noticed the new trend is that we’re seeing more clean lines, flat profiles, and minimalist brick patterns paired with steel and glass.

It's fresh, modern aesthetic that still has the durability of traditional masonry but my take on it is it needs precision work which will take more time, and small imperfections stand out and is very noticeable. Has anyone tried working or got a job following the latest trend?

You are right! I’ve worked on some projects with this newer style. The clean designs make every joint and cut stand out. Mixing brick with steel and glass looks great when done properly.

It usually takes longer because you have to check spacing and keep everything level. The good part is that clients love the finished look and it feels lighter compared to traditional builds.
