I'm looking for a good adhesive to stick natural stone veneer to a concrete block wall. Do you have any recommendations for something that would work well in this situation?

Okay, so grab a polymer-modified adhesive, Laticrete 254 Platinum is a good one, or something similar. Just be sure to clean and prime both surfaces well first. You need an adhesive that can deal with the stone and concrete expanding at different rates when the temperature changes. Spread it on with a notched trowel, and for bigger pieces, put some on the back too, so it really sticks.

Is there a ready-to-use product out there for concrete block walls that doesn’t require mixing? I’m about to start a renovation and I’d really like something I can just open and apply without extra preparation.

Those are great products. Make sure you keep the surface clean before applying the product. Otherwise, your project will fail. Are you looking for a long lasting installation? If yes, I recommend using a mortar based approach.
