I'm on the works and been working closely with engineers and architects for this dream project. I'm now thinking, which one is better, poured concrete walls or block walls? I'm not doing DIY but I'm trying to be hands on with my house. Just want something I can at least help tinker with.

Poured concrete walls are strong and offer better insulation, but block walls are easier to repair and modify, if you want to tinker, block might be the way to go

I agree and to add, poured concrete has better water resistance meaning fewer points for water to penetrate

Block walls are more modular, so if you want to get hands on, they're easier to tinker with or repair yourself, plus running plumbing or electrical after the fact can be simpler with blocks, for durability and less maintenance, poured concrete is great

They are right! You can either choose to pour concrete or block walls. It depends on your preference and budget. But if you decide to make changes in the future, block walls are your best option.
