Fiberglass rebar

I keep seeing ads for Owens Corning PINK fiberglass rebar. What are your thoughts? This stuff is supposed to be "better" than steel rebar. I know you can't bend it but they really make it sound great for strength. What do you think? Thinking of using it for the concrete piers under my deck.

I don't have enough information but like anything, I'm sure it has it's pros and cons and I suggest you check further into the application.

The reason why it is gaining a lot of attention is because it doesn’t rust like steel, it’s great for outdoor projects where moisture is a concern and it’s lighter, and that's why it is easier to manage.
