@Champz Instead of a straight hourly, you might consider offering a per job bid.
bcs it'll give the client a firm price and protects you if it takes longer than expected.
If you must do hourly, make sure your rate covers not just labor but also equipment wear and tear (demo hammer, bits, hauling vehicle) and disposal.
you'd need to know local rates, depend on the location, but generally, demo work in the US often falls into the $75-$150/hour range per person, plus disposal costs and equipment rentals if you don't own them. Without seeing it, though, a flat bid is usually safer for both parties.
